WAIHEKE ISLAND transformation RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Prices shown include all taxes.

To qualify for early-bird prices all payments must be made prior to the due dates shown on the booking page.

Any cancellation must be made in writing by email to simone@simonedennywellness.com

In the event of cancellation we will only refund the cost of the retreat in full should a replacement be found otherwise cancellation charges will be as follows:

  • less than 90 days before the retreat starts: 50% of the cost of the retreat will be held
  • less than 50 days before the retreat starts: 75% of the cost of the retreat with be held
  • less than 30 days before the retreat starts: 100% of the cost of the retreat will be held

Please note: Ferry transport to and from the Island are not included in the price.

Health Requirements

Please ensure that you advise us of any health conditions and that you carry sufficient medication for any medical conditions.

Emergency Contact Details

We will ask you to provide contact details of either a friend or family member in the event of an emergency.

Accommodation

The retreat will cover 4 days and 3 nights.

Therapies and Activities

Guests will participate in additional therapies on the retreat only after a waiver form has been completed. Any therapist reserves the right not to treat a guest. Daily workshops or activities will be open to all guests. Although utmost care will be taken by our experienced teachers/therapists; we remind guests that all activities and all exercises in group classes are voluntary, and performed at your own risk. All guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies and be mindful of their own limitations.

Privacy

The Waiheke Island Retreat team completely respect attendee’s privacy and confidentiality is assured.

Liability

The Waiheke Island Retreat team will not be liable for the following: cancellations, delays, natural disasters, a threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in personal circumstances or other events beyond our control. Participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions that may develop during or subsequent to treatments. Loss of, theft or damage to personal property.

Injuries and Personal Welfare

We are not liable for any injuries that may occur to our clients. If you are in any doubt of your physical/mental state please consult a doctor to advise us of any conditions before booking. Insurance is mandatory to ensure medical expenses are covered per individual.

International Guest Retreat Terms:

Passports

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is up to date and that you supply us with your name exactly as shown in the passport. You are required to have 6 months validity from the return date of your flight.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend travel insurance for this retreat. Please confirm details of your insurance with us prior to departure. We recommend you book your insurance at the same time as you book your airline ticket.
