These bliss balls have to be the quickest easiest bliss balls to make. No need for a food processor, just all ingredients to a bowl and mix. I originally created these Coconut, Lime and Goji Raw Bliss Balls for Christmas – I loved the festive colours of red, white and green from the coconut, goji, and lime, however, they are perfect for any occasion. They are very tasty little balls of nourishment – full of superfoods and other goodies.
Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Dairy Free
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups of almond meal
• ½ cup of sesame seeds
• 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
• ½ cup of coconut oil
• ½ cup maple syrup
• ½ cup goji berries
• ½ cup cranberries
• ½ cup loving earth cacao nibs
• zest of 2 limes
• juice of 1 lime
PROCEDURE:
1. Add all all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined
2. Roll the dough into small balls and then roll in desiccated coconut.
3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Store raw balls in the fridge.
