Hello lovely human,
Have you ever found yourself in an unproductive thought cycle?
It’s the feeling you get when your thoughts are going around and around in your head like a lasso and the more your thoughts swing around in a circle, the more momentum they get.
These repetitive thoughts can take you away from the present moment, they can create physical changes in the body (i.e. anxiety, sadness, anger, or stress) and they can make you feel mentally and physically exhausted.
Today on the podcast I want to share more about these lasso thoughts and I specifically talk about when you get lassoed into someone else’s negative thoughts. I also share some simple techniques to support you to move through this.
