There is nothing quite like a batch of fresh basil pesto! This Macadamia Nut Pesto recipe is so quick, easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups of fresh basil
• 1 cup of macadamia nuts
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Juice of half a lemon
• 3 – 4 tablespoons of good quality olive oil
• Himalayan salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend to your desired consistency. Add additional oil if required.
